NO  SHOW: no refund (no show is not arriving on the agreed date or giving less than 24 hours notice)  

WITHIN 48 HOURS
  50% refund in peak season
  65% refund in low season

WITHIN 15 DAYS
  80% refund in peak season
  100% refund in low season

OBS: In any of the above situations a charge of 10% will be made, in addition to service and communication charges of 10%.
